EVENT SCHEDULE

The groundbreaking for Phase II of the South Tar River Greenway will be held on Friday, May 14th at noon at Greensprings Park on Fifth Street. Please join FROGGS and city officials and show your support for ongoing greenway construction in Greenville! Your presence shows the city council that Greenways are important to citizens. FROGGS' Sixth Annual Greenway Fun Day will be held on Sunday, September 12 from 2-4pm on the brand new South Tar River Greenway near the off-leash dog park on N. Ash Street. This year's Fun Day features fun, free events for all ages: a greenway scavenger hunt, cornhole games, races, greenway bike and walking tours, educational exhibits, bicycle safety mini-clinics, kayak and backpacking demos, a bike triage station for minor bike adjustments, and more! Lots of great prizes, too! Come out and enjoy fall on Greenville's beautiful new greenway! Rain date: September 19.
